In addition to the interest rate, QBANK will charge a $4 fee for any cash advances made with this card.
  • Foreign exchange fee. All purchases made overseas or online in foreign currency will incur a 3.65% fee.
  • Interest-free period. QBANK Bluey Visa Credit Card allows you to enjoy up to 55 days of interest-free purchases, except cash advances, when the account balance is paid in full, or the minimum required payment is made.
