Many credit cards from various issuers provide Qantas lounge access as a benefit. Lounge access offers may vary depending on the card and issuer, so it's important to read the terms and conditions of your Qantas Lounge Access credit card offer before committing.

Before choosing a Qantas Points credit card with lounge access, review your options and select the one that best suits your needs. Consider your financial situation, earning potential, and the eligible credit limit for each card, as well as the associated benefits.

What to consider when choosing a Qantas Lounge credit card

  • Extent and limits of Qantas airport lounge access: Determine how many Qantas Club Lounge invitations you get per year. Some cards offer two complimentary lounge visits, while others may allow four. Cards with Priority Pass may provide unlimited access to 1,400+ lounges globally. Note if lounge access is limited to domestic airports or extends to partner lounges.
  • Qantas Points earn rate: Assess how many Qantas Points you can earn per dollar spent, including any bonus points offers, points caps, and earning conditions.
  • Annual fees: Compare annual fees and evaluate if the benefits justify the cost. High-end cards can have significant fees, so ensure you will use the lounge access invitations.
  • Introductory offers: Look for new customer bonus points, waived annual fees for the first year, or other promotions that can boost your initial points balance.
  • Travel benefits: Check for additional travel benefits such as complimentary travel insurance, flight vouchers, and concierge services.
  • Interest rates and fees: Compare interest rates, late payment fees, foreign transaction fees, and other charges to understand the overall cost.
  • Additional features: Explore other features like purchase protection, extended warranty insurance, and access to exclusive events.
